This book is amazing, you can use the information it has for any age group because it basically teaches you (in incredibly easy to understand language) how the brain works and how it gets wired that way.
So for your toddler and baby how you are helping to wire their brain, for your teenager how you are helping them use the wiring and for your hard work colleague why they are responding to you in an odd way (overblown aggression or upset, depression etc) and how you might work through those situations.
